All clinical placements facilitated by Centouch Healthcare operate on a Direct-Hire model. Candidates are hired directly by the sponsoring U.S. hospital or healthcare system as permanent W-2 staff employees from Day One.

Placed nurses receive 100% of the facility's certified prevailing wage or union scale for their clinical tier, full institutional benefits (medical, dental, life, disability), 401(k) retirement contributions with employer matching, and permanent staff seniority. Centouch Healthcare is not a temp agency and never skims hourly wages.

Prohibition of Punitive Lock-In Contracts

Centouch Healthcare firmly condemns and strictly rejects predatory staffing contracts that impose $20,000–$40,000 liquidated damage penalties or breach bonds on healthcare workers.

Candidates enter direct employment agreements with hospitals reflecting mutual good-faith relocation commitments (typically 24–36 months standard orientation and retention horizons), without arbitrary financial traps.

Truth in Credentials & Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates submitting information through Centouch.com certify that all clinical licenses, examination results, employment records, and personal histories are complete, accurate, and authentic.

Centouch independently verifies credentials with the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN), and CGFNS International. Submission of forged, falsified, or misleading credentials results in immediate termination of representation and reporting to regulatory licensing bodies.

Immigration Processing & Realistic Timelines

Immigrant visa petitions (EB-3 Schedule A, Group I) are adjudicated solely by U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) and consular officers of the U.S. Department of State.

Visa availability depends strictly on the monthly U.S. Department of State Visa Bulletin priority dates. Centouch Healthcare makes no unauthorized, speculative, or fraudulent guarantees regarding specific arrival dates or consular approvals. Hospital Partner Obligations & Performance

Participating healthcare facilities agree to sponsor nurses under certified Prevailing Wage Determinations issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, provide comprehensive clinical orientation, and offer supportive community integration for relocating international clinicians.
